You'll work across multiple brands in a group role, moving from day-to-day implementation to strategic ownership of specific brand activation.

This role is designed for someone who wants more autonomy, accountability, and the chance to grow into a future manager or strategist.

You'll assist in performance marketing planning and execution for assigned brands, act as a key point of contact for internal and external teams and drive the performance of a key EU retail partnership.

What you'll be doing

  • Take ownership of implementing global retail marketing strategies for selected brands to drive profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with internal and external creative agencies to brief and deliver efficient growth driving content.
  • Manage day-to-day relationship with external translation agency, overseeing budgets and ensuring brand voice consistency across markets.
  • Work closely with Amazon counterparts to support the activation of key elements of the joint business plan, building strong platform relationships.
  • Using technology partners, analyse marketing effectiveness to identify improvement opportunities and advise commercial teams on maximizing customer investment ROI.
  • Support the sell-in process by developing proactive marketing plans that strengthen commercial propositions and recommendations.
  • Drive internal influence and education to deepen the wider teams/departments understanding of customer platforms and needs.
  • Communicate activation plans effectively within the Amazon business unit to share and apply learnings.
  • Support on additional marketplace launches and strategic initiatives within the Digital team

What you'll bring

  • Experience in a digital retail marketing role, preferably with some Amazon experience
  • Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to identify and prioritize high-value activities
  • Solid understanding of retail dynamics and commercial models and familiarity with competition law principles
  • Strong analytical capabilities, using data and insights to build compelling commercial arguments
  • Collaborative approach to developing solutions with Amazon and internal teams
  • Strong stakeholder management, capable of influencing across a matrix organisation.
