WHAT'S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?
Are you a strategic finance leader ready to drive finance transformation and accelerate business growth? We're seeking an influential EMEA Finance Director (FD) to serve as a trusted partner to the EMEA President and regional leadership team. In this high-impact role, you'll shape financial strategy, enhance operational performance, and unlock new opportunities for sustainable and profitable expansion.
WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?
- Strategic Finance Leadership: Align financial strategies with business goals, ensuring sustainable and profitable growth.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Lead forecasting, budgeting, and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
- Regional Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, mitigate financial risks, and optimize business opportunities.
- Performance & Reporting: Ensure financial accuracy and governance, consolidating risks and opportunities across the region.
- Leadership & Team Development: Mentor and develop the finance team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?
To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably within EMEA or multinational organizations.
- Strong track record in financial planning & analysis, commercial finance, and business partnering.
- Expertise in financial reporting, P&L management, and balance sheet oversight.
- Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence at executive levels.
- Strong leadership and team development skills, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Experience in driving financial transformation and change management initiatives.
