We are currently looking for a Customer Service/Check-In Assistant to work in our busy office in Gills Bay. (Weekend & Holiday work)
The main duties include making bookings for customers over the phone and in person, preparing information for sailings, and general office duties, as well as checking in passengers and issuing boarding passes.
Applicants should be reliable, accurate with information, and have good communication skills. Experience with computers is necessary.
Applicants must be available to work weekends plus holiday and sickness cover.
