Our Brand Marketing team shapes how our brands show up in the world — through compelling storytelling, smart strategy, and meaningful consumer experiences. As Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead the creation and execution of brand strategies and integrated campaigns that strengthen brand equity, spark consumer connection, and drive commercial impact.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development and delivery of annual brand marketing strategies, working with cross‑functional partners to align brand, product, digital, retail and commercial priorities.
- Owning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, partnerships, retail, PR and experiential channels.
- Translating consumer insights, market trends and brand positioning into compelling narratives and creative briefs.
- Managing external creative, media, content and PR agencies to deliver best‑in‑class brand work.
- Overseeing campaign performance, analysing results and identifying opportunities to strengthen future activity.
- Advocating for the consumer in all decision‑making, ensuring the brand resonates with key audiences.
- Guiding the creation of brand guidelines, assets and toolkits to drive consistency across global markets and teams.
- Collaborating with product, design and commercial teams to support GTM planning and seasonal storytelling.
- Managing budgets, timelines and resources to ensure efficient, high‑quality campaign delivery.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members, helping build capability and a high‑performing marketing culture.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in brand marketing, ideally within consumer, fashion, sport or lifestyle categories.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering integrated brand campaigns from strategy to execution.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, including digital, social, partnerships, retail and PR.
- Ability to translate complex insights into clear, compelling brand direction and creative briefs.
- Excellent storytelling and brand‑building skills, with a passion for creative excellence.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, able to influence and inspire cross‑functional teams.
- Experience managing agencies and creative partners.
- A data‑informed mindset, with confidence analysing campaign performance and applying learnings.
- Highly organised, adaptable and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- A collaborative and proactive approach, with a passion for consumer‑led marketing.
