What’s the mission for this role?

As the Kickers Product and Planning Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal productivity and availability of the Kickers range, which enables the brand to meet its sales and margin targets. Through effective analysis of historical trends and performance metrics, your insights and data-led approach will help to inform and shape the Kickers product strategy.

You will be a key cog working within a small but dynamic team; we are therefore looking for a real team player with a can-do attitude, to come and play a big role at an exciting time for the brand.

What does this role do?

As our Product and Planning Merchandiser, you will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for seasonal range planning, market and pricing strategies. Deliver optimal product availability across all distribution channels.
  • Performance analysis and insights: Analyse historical trends, performance metrics and provide insights for product strategy. After each season you will be responsible for conducting a lesson learnt analysis, to report back on how we performed against key KPIs.
  • Seasonal range planning: Plan SCO count for NPD and review carryover offer based on productivity. Create and own the seasonal line/range plan, managing that document and the relationship with the Master Data Management team.
  • Margin and productivity management: Monitor gross product margin, line adoption and overall productivity.
  • Demand & inventory management: Oversee demand planning, stock control, and inventory management to optimize across all channels.
  • Planning & allocation: Develop and manage product allocation to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Sales enablement: Develop and provide sales tools and customer-ready assortments to support the commercial team during sell-in
  • NOS and replenishment: Refine strategies for NOS and replenishment to ensure optimal ways of working with key customers.

  • Proficient on Microsoft Excel & Power BI.
