  • Briefing & Product Development: Creating detailed product briefs that balance consumer insight, trend direction, design intent, performance needs, commercial constraints and channel requirements for both mainline and SMU. Overseeing sample rounds, prototype reviews, and product refinements to ensure products meet quality, fit, cost, and sustainability requirements.
  • Seasonal Project Management: Owning the seasonal critical path, ensuring key milestones are met and operational challenges are resolved quickly. Managing risk logs, dependencies, cost reviews, and margin targets throughout development.
  • Commercial & Range Performance: Conducting in‐depth pre‐season planning and post‐season range analysis to inform future strategy. Using data, market insights, and consumer feedback to continually refine the mainline assortment. Driving cross‐functional alignment on the final range, ensuring clear communication into GTM and Sales teams.

Qualifications

  • Excellent strategic thinking, with the ability to balance consumer insight, brand positioning, and commercial priorities.
  • Confident leadership of cross‐functional teams with strong stakeholder alignment skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decision‐making and improve range performance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence both creative and commercial partners.
