As a Supervisor, you are a key presence on the shop floor—supporting the management team and helping to keep the store running smoothly, especially during busy trading periods. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every customer receives knowledgeable, authentic service while supporting your team to perform at their best.
What you’ll be doing:
- Act as a role model for customer service and product knowledge
- Support the team during peak trading—keeping energy, focus, and standards high
- Step up as key holder / manager‑on‑duty when required
Customer Experience
