As a Supervisor, you are a key presence on the shop floor—supporting the management team and helping to keep the store running smoothly, especially during busy trading periods. You’ll lead by example, ensuring every customer receives knowledgeable, authentic service while supporting your team to perform at their best.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Act as a role model for customer service and product knowledge
  • Support the team during peak trading—keeping energy, focus, and standards high
  • Step up as key holder / manager‑on‑duty when required
  • Customer Experience
    • Deliver a friendly, confident, and expert‑led service
    • Help customers find the right product for their needs—whether for hiking, commuting, or everyday wear
    • Support team members in developing their product knowledge
    • Contribute to achieving store targets (sales, conversion, ATV)
    • Identify opportunities to drive sales through service and product recommendations
  • Operational Support
    • Assist with stock management, deliveries, and replenishment
    • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation
    • Follow store processes to ensure efficiency and compliance

What you’ll bring:
