As a key player in supporting the delivery of our Digital & Marketplace strategy, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the right products are delivered at the right times, tailored to the needs of our target accounts and consumers. Your focus will be on driving availability to enhance sell-through rates while also maintaining a relevant and fresh product offering. What you’ll be doing:

  • Regular reporting on sales, margin, stock cover, category performance, sku productivity and best sellers vs. slow movers
  • Accountable for providing accurate reports for on hand stock, inbound stock and forecasting seasonal closing stock
  • Support the Marketplace team to plan the seasonal product selection and associated inventory levels in line with budgets
  • Own & Manage Open to Buy
  • Place seasonal Buys within critical path timelines
  • Work with D2C team to move stock across pools to ensure we remain agile with stock ownership
  • Managing ‘out of stocks’ online, identifying replacements and maximising use of free stock opportunities to ensure targets are achieved
  • Identify inventory clearance opportunities & identify future stock risks based on performance
  • Test and learn from introducing new product categories
  • Responsible for attending project meetings for future marketplaces and being close to what is needed to integrate a new marketplace successfully
  • Drive cross-functional process improvements with the wider planning team to ensure greater alignment and clarity on the stock, sales, and inventory position across all digital channels
  • Support Customer Operations and Warehouse teams with queries related to marketplace shipping and returns processing
  • Support and drive a data-led team culture, working with cross functional stakeholders to improve standardized reporting and ways of working relating to data

What you’ll bring:

  • Ability to interpret and analyse sales data, trends, and market research to make informed decisions
  • An understanding of budgets, profit margins, and financial implications of merchandising decisions
  • The ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with various teams, including marketing, sales, and product development
  • Effective time management skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
  • Good knowledge of excel and ability to perform lookup’s and create pivot tables is essential
  • Knowledge of SAP and power BI knowledge is beneficial
