We’re Pentland Brands: a global family business behind some of the world’s most iconic active and lifestyle brands. We bring integrity, energy and ambition to our work, setting high standards and striving to deliver great outcomes without ego.

At Speedo, product has to do more than look good. It has to move with the swimmer, feel comfortable in the water and support performance, confidence and freedom of movement, whether someone is training, competing, learning or simply enjoying the swim.

The GTM Operations Manager owns the operational rhythm that turns product, brand and commercial priorities into coordinated seasonal delivery. The role will build and govern the end-to-end GTM process, align teams to clear stage gates and dependencies, identify risks early, and provide accurate visibility of seasonal readiness and progress. This is a hands-on operational role that does not own product or brand strategy, but ensures those strategies can be executed consistently, efficiently and on time across global and regional teams. The role is accountable for keeping critical seasonal milestones on track from planning through sell-in and launch, ensuring teams have the tools, information and support needed to deliver successful commercial outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and continuously improving Speedo’s end-to-end global GTM operating model, seasonal master calendar, stage gates, governance and ways of working.
  • Building integrated seasonal plans using inputs from Product, Merchandising, Sourcing, Supply Chain, Finance, Brand, Creative, Sales, DTC, Digital and regional markets.
  • Aligning GTM timelines and milestones with key wholesale, regional, market, and consumer requirements to maximise commercial success.
  • Translating seasonal priorities into clear deliverables, owners, deadlines, dependencies and decision points, with a single source of truth for all GTM activity.
  • Leading GTM governance and planning forums, ensuring teams arrive prepared, decisions are recorded, actions are closed and unresolved issues are escalated.
  • Monitoring the critical path, seasonal overlaps, workload peaks and cross-functional bottlenecks, and facilitating trade-off decisions to protect delivery.
  • Owning the seasonal milestone plan and critical path from planning through customer sell-in and market launch, ensuring deadlines are met, risks are proactively managed and cross-functional teams remain aligned against key deliverables.
  • Tracking the availability and timely delivery of product data, pricing, samples, assets, line lists, sell-in tools and market inputs, ensuring all requirements are in place to support seasonal sell-in and launch milestones.
  • Coordinating the planning and development of seasonal sell-in tools and materials, partnering with Product, Merchandising, Brand and Sales teams to ensure markets are equipped to present seasonal assortments effectively.
  • Overseeing the planning and operational delivery of seasonal launch events, coordinating location logistics, attendance, agenda development, content readiness, production partners and stakeholder communications to ensure impactful and effective market presentations.
  • Owning GTM reporting and dashboards, providing transparent status against milestones, dependencies, risks, late changes and readiness by market and channel.
  • Partnering with functional teams to improve tools, workflows, data quality and system adoption, reducing manual activity and increasing process discipline.
  • Coordinating operational delivery for innovation launches, collaborations, athlete or sporting moments, seasonal launch events and other projects outside the core seasonal calendar, ensuring timelines, deliverables and stakeholder alignment are maintained throughout.
  • Leading post-season retrospectives, turning lessons learned and performance data into practical improvements for the next GTM cycle.
  • Working closely with GTM calendar and coordination support to set priorities, maintain quality standards and ensure day-to-day administration supports the wider operating model.
  • Championing continuous improvement, agile planning principles and best-practice sharing across global and regional teams.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in GTM operations, seasonal planning, programme or project management, product operations, merchandising operations or commercial operations.
  • Experience within a global consumer, sporting goods, apparel, footwear, lifestyle or omnichannel retail environment, with exposure to complex seasonal cycles.
  • Demonstrable ownership of cross-functional calendars, stage-gate processes, dependency management and operational governance.
  • Strong understanding of how product moves from line planning and development through sell-in and launch across wholesale, retail, e-commerce and DTC channels.
  • Experience supporting seasonal launches, commercial milestones and sell-in activities, with an understanding of the tools, assets and cross-functional coordination required to bring product ranges to market successfully.
  • Excellent programme management capability, including critical-path planning, risk management, RACI ownership, change control, action tracking and escalation.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capability; experience of project-management tools and Power BI or dashboarding is advantageous.
  • A confident influencer who can challenge constructively, create accountability and align senior stakeholders without relying on formal authority.
  • Highly organised, precise and solutions-focused, able to move between detail and the wider commercial picture while managing multiple seasons and priorities.
