The Global Brand Marketing Executive supports the Global Brand Marketing team with day-to-day brand activity, helping keep campaigns, updates and materials organised and on track. Working closely with the Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager, Brand Partnerships Manager and wider marketing teams, this role helps prepare brand materials, gather insight, support campaign administration and keep regional and cross-functional teams updated.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Global Brand Marketing team with day-to-day coordination, administration and follow-up across brand campaigns and seasonal activity.
  • Help prepare brand marketing materials, including presentations, meeting notes, campaign summaries, internal updates and regional communications.
  • Assist with gathering consumer insights, cultural trends, competitor examples and category references to support brand planning and campaign development.
  • Help maintain brand documents and trackers, ensuring key information is accurate, up to date and easy for the wider team to access.
  • Support the Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager with campaign preparation, creative reviews, internal meetings and post-campaign summaries.
  • Assist with sharing brand updates, toolkits, frameworks and best practice examples with regional and cross-functional teams.
  • Support the Brand Partnerships Manager with research, meeting preparation, internal updates and tracking of partnership activity where required.
  • Help maintain the global brand marketing calendar by updating key dates, campaign moments and team actions.
  • Work with Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, Social & Community and Retail Experience teams to gather information and support joined-up brand activity.
  • Support simple reporting tasks, including collecting regional feedback, organising campaign learnings and pulling together performance summaries.
  • Act as a reliable point of support for the Brand Marketing team, helping with organisation, documentation, follow-up and day-to-day delivery.

What you’ll bring:

  • Some experience in marketing, brand, communications, content or a related role, gained through work, internship or placement experience.
  • Strong interest in brand marketing, storytelling, sport, culture and consumer brands.
  • Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage tasks, deadlines and follow-up.
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly when preparing documents, updating trackers and sharing information.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using PowerPoint or Google Slides, and basic Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Proactive, collaborative and willing to learn, with a positive approach to supporting the wider team.
  • Curious about consumer trends, culture and how brands connect with people across markets.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work in a busy marketing environment.

This vacancy is a newly created role as part of organisational changes. Final appointment will depend upon the outcome of consultation processes and affected employees will have priority for consideration.
