The Go-To-Market Manager (GTM) plays a key role in delivering Endura’s seasonal marketing and product activation plans across global markets. Working closely with Brand Marketing, Product, Regional Marketing, and Commercial teams, this role helps coordinate and deliver clear, market-ready campaigns and product stories that support both brand and commercial objectives.
Go-To-Market Planning & Coordination
- Support the delivery and ongoing improvement of Endura’s seasonal GTM process and calendar across global markets.
- Coordinate seasonal launch timelines, activation milestones, and key campaign moments across regions and channels.
- Plan and coordinate two key global internal seasonal launches in collaboration with Product, Design and Marketing functions.
- Translate approved brand campaigns, product stories, and marketing priorities into clear GTM plans and activation materials for regional execution.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure alignment between Brand Marketing, Product, Regional Marketing, and Commercial teams.
Product Marketing & Asset Delivery
- Collaborate with product, design and brand to identify KMS.
- Collaborate with design, product and brand to identify features and benefits of new products and translate them into engaging consumer-facing product copy.
- Develop product messaging and positioning in collaboration with product, design, and brand.
- Own studio product shoots and ensure correct product focus for lifestyle.
- Manage SMS ordering processes for key photoshoots, including lifestyle and studio.
- Partner with brand and content and creative to support development of high-quality product marketing assets—including photography, videos, product descriptions—that tell the story of each product.
- Support Head of Retail in creating and refining product education tools to support sales teams and retail partners in communicating product.
- Coordinate the briefing and rollout of seasonal GTM materials and activation assets.
- Ensure assets are delivered accurately, on time, and in line with approved brand direction.
Seasonal Activation & Market Readiness
- Coordinate the rollout of seasonal campaigns, hero launches, and product stories across wholesale, retail, and digital channels.
- Help ensure product priorities and campaigns are delivered consistently and on time across markets & DTC.
- Support regional teams with clear activation guidance and market-ready materials.
- Monitor launch readiness and help resolve operational or executional challenges during key seasonal periods.
Process & Collaboration
- Support improvements to GTM workflows, templates, and planning processes to drive better efficiency and collaboration.
- Gather feedback from regional and cross-functional teams to help improve future seasonal activations.
- Track key GTM milestones and support reporting on launch readiness and execution progress.
- Build effective working relationships across Brand, Product, Commercial, and Regional Teams to ensure smooth delivery of seasonal plans.
