Our Global Retail function ensures our brands deliver exceptional consumer experiences across all retail environments. As Global Head of Retail Marketing, you will guide the retail strategy, elevate retail excellence across markets, and ensure consistent brand execution globally. Your mission is to strengthen operational performance, support market growth, and champion a consumer‑first mindset that drives both brand equity and commercial success.

As our Global Head of Retail Marketing – Endura, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading the global retail strategy, ensuring consistent brand experience and operational excellence across all markets and retail formats.
  • Partnering with regional retail teams to drive store performance, identify growth opportunities, and support market‑level priorities.
  • Developing and implementing global retail standards, guidelines, and toolkits to ensure brand consistency across store design, VM, service, and retail operations.
  • Collaborating with Brand, Product, VM, Commercial, and Digital teams to execute seasonal Go‑To‑Market plans within the retail environment.
  • Using insights, consumer data, and market trends to shape retail innovation and improve the in‑store experience.
  • Supporting 3rd party new store openings, remodels, and global rollouts, ensuring alignment with brand direction and operational best practice.
  • Driving retail training programmes, capability‑building, and leadership development across global retail teams.
  • Managing relationships with distributors, and key external partners to ensure strong brand guardianship.
  • Monitoring global retail KPIs, analysing performance, and working with markets to deliver improvements in sales, conversion, and profitability.
  • Acting as a key voice of retail within the business, influencing cross‑functional decision‑making and advocating for the consumer experience.

To stand out in this role, you should have the following skills and experience:

  • Significant experience in retail leadership roles, ideally across global or multi‑market environments.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, store experience, VM, and commercial performance drivers.
  • Proven success shaping and implementing retail strategies at scale.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across functions.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and drive a unified global approach.
