The Global Brand Partnerships Manager develops and manages Speedo’s global brand partnerships and collaborations, helping build brand consideration, cultural relevance and desirability.

Working closely with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing, Go-To-Market, PR, Social & Community, Sports Marketing, Legal, Finance and regional teams, this role identifies the right partners, shapes partnership plans and coordinates delivery from concept through to activation. The role ensures partnerships are strategically aligned, creatively compelling, commercially sensible and delivered in a way that strengthens Speedo’s global brand positioning.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support the Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager in developing Speedo’s global brand partnership strategy, ensuring alignment with brand ambition, audience priorities and growth objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate and develop global partnership and collaboration opportunities that build brand relevance, consideration and cultural credibility.
  • Support the development of partnership frameworks and evaluation criteria, including brand fit, consumer relevance, commercial value and executional feasibility.
  • Monitor cultural, sport, lifestyle, retail and consumer trends to identify partnership opportunities and emerging spaces of relevance.
  • Build compelling partnership proposals and narratives that clearly articulate mutual value, brand fit and activation opportunities.
  • Coordinate partnership planning and delivery, including objectives, KPIs, key messages, timelines, approvals, deliverables and stakeholder inputs.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with external partners, agencies and internal teams, ensuring activity progresses on time and to the agreed standard.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing and Product Creation teams on selected product-led collaborations, ensuring concepts are rooted in consumer value and strong storytelling.
  • Partner with PR, Social & Community and regional teams to ensure partnership moments are communicated clearly and amplified through the right channels.
  • Ensure partnership activity is aligned with brand guidelines, contractual requirements, legal approvals and financial processes.
  • Track partnership performance, consolidating results, feedback and learnings to inform future partnership planning.
  • Share partnership updates, opportunities and recommendations with senior stakeholders, regional teams and cross‑functional partners.

What you’ll bring:

  • Experience in brand partnerships, collaborations, brand marketing or partnership‑led marketing, ideally within a consumer brand or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of how partnerships can build brand relevance, consideration and cultural credibility.
  • Experience identifying, developing and coordinating partnerships from concept through to activation.
  • Strong cultural awareness, with an interest in sport, lifestyle, creators, retail and consumer trends.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines and approvals.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of partner value, contractual requirements, budgets and delivery considerations.
  • Comfortable working in a global, matrixed organisation across Brand, Product, Social, PR, Legal, Finance and regional teams.
  • Proactive, collaborative and solutions‑focused, with the ability to balance creative ambition with practical delivery.

This vacancy is a newly created role as part of organisational changes. Final appointment will depend upon the outcome of consultation processes and affected employees will have priority for consideration.
