- Translating design concepts into accurate, production-ready technical specifications, ensuring feasibility without compromising the intended aesthetic.
- Conducting fit sessions on live models, mannequins, or 3D avatars, identifying fit issues and implementing pattern corrections that enhance comfort and silhouette.
- Creating and maintaining detailed tech packs, specifications, BOM details, and all PLM data to support accurate and timely development.
- Reviewing prototypes and SMS samples, giving advanced technical input to refine construction, finishing, stitch types, and material behaviour.
- Evaluating fabrics, trims, and washes for suitability, performance, and quality, advising cross-functional teams during material selection.
- Collaborating closely with Designers, Product Managers, and Development teams to ensure designs meet brand, quality, cost, and sustainability expectations.
- Partnering with global vendors and sourcing teams to troubleshoot technical challenges and maintain alignment throughout development.
- Driving quality and fit consistency across the Everyday Apparel range, recommending improvements to processes, standards, and best practices.
- Supporting junior team members with guidance, technical expertise, and feedback where required.

- Strong understanding of pattern making, fit, grading, construction, and fabric behaviour across multiple apparel categories.
- Proficiency in all Adobe CC; Clo3D or similar; PLM systems.
- Deep knowledge of knit and woven construction, seam types, finishing techniques, trims, and fastenings used in lifestyle apparel.
