What’s the mission for this role?

This role will lead the ecommerce strategy and execution for Endura and associated digital channels. The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for driving digital sales performance, enhancing the online customer experience, and managing day-to-day ecommerce operations across markets. Working with the Senior Ecommerce Manager, you will work cross-functionally to deliver against ambitious growth targets, leveraging data-led insights, coordination, and local execution excellence.

What does this role do?

As our Ecommerce Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working with the Senior Ecommerce Manager to define and deliver the global ecommerce strategy for Endura, to drive digital sales, profit, and brand performance across markets.
  • Leading the global trading and content calendar, ensuring alignment with seasonal plans, marketing campaigns, and product launches.
  • Managing and developing a high-performing ecommerce team across core regions, supporting team development and progression.
  • Driving trading performance through data analysis, A/B testing, on-site optimisation, and agile decision making.
  • Partnering with global marketing, merchandising, brand, and creative teams to deliver integrated digital campaigns.
  • Leading cross-functional meetings and communication to ensure smooth execution of campaigns, launches, and promotional activity.
  • Monitoring digital KPIs (revenue, conversion, AOV, bounce rate, sell-through, stock availability) and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Ensuring global sites adhere to digital best practices, accessibility standards, and brand guidelines.

  • Experience in a global or multi-market ecommerce management role within a consumer-facing brand or retailer.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of delivering digital revenue and conversion growth.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Tableau, SAP BW).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, prioritise workload, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth understanding of ecommerce platforms, content management systems, and digital trading levers.
  • Collaborative and confident communicator, able to influence and align stakeholders across departments and regions.
  • Experience managing performance marketing or working closely with digital media teams.
  • Excellent organisation, planning and time management skills.
  • Agile, curious, and solutions-focused with a passion for digital innovation.
  • Experience in international ecommerce or DTC expansion is a plus.
