About the role
To work within the Shipping team, working closely with 3PL partners to support day‑to‑day operational processes and deliver exceptional service for our brands and customers.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Processing inbound shipments by air, sea and road.
- Working with nominated 3PL partners to provide exceptional service to our brands and customers.
- Working closely with the operations team to manage workload priorities and ensure that key issues are raised on a timely basis.
- Ensuring key deadlines are met to facilitate customs entries and achieve delivery of shipments as required by distribution centres and customers.
- Working closely with our brands and internal teams in all shipping matters to support them in any area where assistance can be provided.
- Shipping experience is desirable.
- Ability to prioritise own workload and ability to work unsupervised.
- Organised, self‑motivated and able to adapt to the ever‑changing supply‑chain environment.
- Knowledge of MS Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams.
