WHAT’S THE MISSION FOR THIS ROLE?

Our Product team is responsible for shaping consumer‑led, commercially strong product ranges across our portfolio. As an Assistant Product Manager, you’ll support the creation, planning, and delivery of seasonal product ranges. Working closely with Product Managers, Design, Development, Merchandising, and Supply teams, you’ll help ensure products meet consumer needs, brand positioning, and commercial objectives. This role is an exciting gateway into product management, offering hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, creative, and collaborative environment.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE DO?

  • Range Planning & Support: Assisting with building seasonal product ranges in line with brand and commercial strategies. Supporting the creation of product briefs, range maps, and assortment plans.
  • Product Data & Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up‑to‑date product information across PLM and internal systems. Supporting sample management, costing inputs, and key milestone tracking.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Design, Development, and Sourcing teams to ensure product briefs are delivered accurately and on time. Supporting communication with internal teams on range status, risks, and updates. Contributing to category research, competitor benchmarking, and trend analysis. Helping translate insights and findings into opportunities for product improvements.
  • Launch Preparation & Performance Tracking: Assisting with product launch materials, handover packs, and internal presentations. Supporting post‑season analysis, reviewing product performance and consumer feedback.

WHAT DO I BRING TO THE ROLE?

  • Some experience in product management, merchandising, buying, or product development (placements welcome).
  • Strong organisational and data management skills with high attention to detail.
  • Passion for products, trends, and consumer behaviour—ideally within apparel, footwear, or accessories.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and an interest in learning PLM systems.
