We’re Pentland Brands: a global family business behind some of the world’s most iconic active and lifestyle brands. We bring integrity, energy and ambition to our work, setting high standards and striving to deliver great outcomes without ego. Shape the work behind some of the world’s most loved sport, outdoor and lifestyle brands. At Pentland Brands, every role helps move our brands forward. Whether you’re supporting our people, improving our systems, growing our commercial performance, strengthening operations or shaping better ways of working, your impact reaches across a portfolio of iconic brands used by consumers around the world.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their paid media career. You’ll work across multiple brands in a group role, moving from day-to-day implementation to strategic ownership of specific brand channels. This role is designed for someone who wants more autonomy, accountability, and the chance to grow into a future manager or strategist. You’ll assist in leading performance marketing planning and execution for assigned brands, act as a key point of contact for internal and external teams, and drive performance through both data and collaboration.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Ownership of BAU execution of select brands, reporting to the Paid Media Manager.
  • Practise data fluency — graduating from collating reports to identifying trends, making recommendations, and storytelling with data.
  • Direct agency partners in daily implementation and identify optimisation opportunities, ensuring actions align with trade insights and brand priorities.
  • Report on campaign performance, identifying trends and delivering insights and recommendations that shape ongoing strategy.
  • Supports channel innovation, proposing and assisting in-channel testing plans and sharing learnings across the team.
  • Contribute to planning and roadmap development for the wider portfolio and support junior team members where relevant.
  • Proactively build and foster relationships with brand creative, ecommerce and insight teams to ensure synergy across teams.

What you’ll bring:

  • 2 years of hands-on experience in either paid social or paid search (agency or client-side), preferably in retail or ecommerce.
  • Strong stakeholder management, capable of influencing across a matrix organisation.
  • Technical competence with platforms like Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads; CRM and first-party data integrations are a bonus.
  • Analytical, with experience pulling and interpreting performance data.
  • Forward-thinking, with a clear POV on media innovation and a passion for continuous improvement.
