Berghaus is seeking a Product Manager for New Product Development (NPD) to shape the future Berghaus product pipeline. You will drive ideas from early concept through to launch, combining consumer insight, commercial thinking and cross-functional leadership to deliver the right products for the right consumers at the right time.
You will lead the end-to-end NPD process, collaborating with Design, Development, Sourcing, Merchandising, Insights and Brand Marketing to build strong business cases
