Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented System Sales Order Administrator to join our dynamic and friendly Systems team. In this key role, you will assist with data entry, ensuring the accuracy of sales and design information within our ERP and PLM systems, to aid supporting the seamless flow of operations across departments.
The Design Department relies on our PLM system to manage product information, while the Sales Department focuses on global customer relationships. The System Sales Order Administrator will play a vital role in capturing and managing confirmed sales orders, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate product information in the PLM system, ensuring it is ready for sales order creation.
- Monitor shared inboxes with other sales administrators to manage workload effectively.
- Raise new sales orders in the ERP system within 12 hours of receiving the request.
- Update sales orders with new information within 48 hours of receiving updates.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and issues.
- Provide administrative support to the Systems team as needed.
- Update customer tariff data twice a week.
- Allocate stock items for new orders.
- Correct sales stock entries as necessary.
Requirements
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative roles, preferably within the fashion industry.
- Strong proficiency in systems, with ERP experience being highly advantageous.
- Ability to interpret and process customer purchase order documents.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in numerical work.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
