At the cutting edge of fast fashion, Pentex is a global design and manufacturing business with its headquarters in the heart of London. We have been established for over 30 years and are an expanding business with a worldwide client base. The purpose of the role is to work against tight timelines to produce quality work for our customers, making sure it is consistent based on the companys standards and regulations. To make sure we are compliant with ethical trading requirements for all customers, and we are up to date on the latest sustainability trends within the fashion industry. We are looking for someone who is able to work professionally and methodically. Someone who able to achieve goals consistently and effectively, and who is accurate in their work. The individual will be an excellent communicator and will behave in a collegial manner. This role involves producing high quality, detailed work and is part of an expanding area of sustainability and traceability in the fashion industry, therefore attention to detail and precision is key. Key responsibilities: Manage the critical path for traceability documentation following a tight timeline Approve fabric and garment transfer certificates before sending to the customer Manage BCI credit transfers Manage GRS, OCR, GOTS and Oekotex certifications for Pentex Monitor compliance with ethical trading requirements for all customers, including follow up on renewals and non-compliance closures Maintain our internal documents database Follow up on data requests sent to the supply base International collaboration Research and collate information relating to sustainability topics such material innovations, legislation, reporting frameworks, etc. Work closely with our Traceability Coordinator in Bangladesh, covering workload as needed Report to Sustainability Manager Requirements: Excellent communication skills, written and verbal Able to communicate efficiently with other cultures Strong numeracy skills as the role involves analysis Have a high attention to detail and accuracy Strong administrative skills Experience with GRS, BCI, Trustrace, Sedex, Higg FEM, PLM or ERP helpful but not required Understanding of industry level sustainability issues Self-starter, has excellent organization skills and is proactive Able to work collaboratively Excellent time management skills Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel Interested in sustainability Has A-Level qualifications or above TPBN1_UKTJ
