Youll take ownership of patterns from fit approval through to bulk production, working at the sharp end of our pattern room to refine and problem-solve patterns with the technical precision that manufacturing at scale demands. This is a hands-on, factory-facing role for an experienced production pattern cutter who takes pride in accuracy and consistency across every size and every style. /p p br /p p strong Main Responsibilities /strong /p ul li Taking development and fit-approved patterns through to fully accurate, production-ready patterns for bulk manufacture /li li Amending and refining patterns at pre-production and production stage to resolve fit and construction issues before bulk cutting /li li Compiling and maintaining accurate spec sheets and pattern packs, ensuring every measurement and construction detail is correct before it reaches the factory /li li Working with trim templates and trim suppliers to ensure trims are graded correctly and sized accurately across the range /li li Liaising directly with factories to troubleshoot pattern, fit and construction queries during production, providing clear and accurate technical solutions /li li Suggesting improved pattern and construction methods to support factory efficiency and reduce production issues /li li Keeping clear, accurate and up-to-date technical notes and records for every style and pattern amendment /li li Working within a wider team of technicians, graders, marker makers/costings and machinists as required /li li Maintaining consistently high standards of accuracy in every pattern cutting and grading task /li /ul p br /p p strong Your Experience /strong /p ul li Degree (or equivalent qualification) in Garment Product Development, Garment Engineering or Fashion /li li Significant experience in production pattern cutting ideally gained within a supplier or manufacturing environment /li li Expert-level experience on the Gerber system /li li Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, fit and grading across a full size range /li li Computer literate, with good working knowledge of Word and Excel /li li Product knowledge across Womenswear, Girlswear and Babywear /li li Clear, confident communicator, able to feed back technical information to colleagues, factories and customers where required /li li Highly organised, able to prioritise workload according to the production schedule /li li Able to multi-task and problem-solve under pressure /li li Highly motivated with good interpersonal skills /li /ul p br /p p strong What we Offer - London /strong /p ul li 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays /li li Company pension scheme /li li Reward and recognition platform /li li Long service awards /li li Discounted sample sales where proceeds are donated to charity /li li Fresh fruit in the office /li li Team and company social events /li li Early finish Fridays /li /ul p br /p
