We\’re looking to recruit a Receptionist to join our team at our 5-star Holiday Park. Situated on Pentewan Sands beach on the South Coast of Cornwall, we\’re open from March-November.

The Reception Team plays a crucial role as the primary point of contact for our customers, shaping the overall experience from the initial booking to their welcome upon arrival, addressing their needs throughout their stay.

You\’ll need to deliver excellent customer service with a welcoming demeanour, and work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operations and effective problem-solving. We are seeking a motivated and hard-working individual who can take the initiative, think on their feet, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Duties will include, but are not exclusive to: –

• Welcoming guests to the Holiday Park
• Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
• Administering online and in-person bookings
• Liaising with customers during their stay to answer their questions and make sure they enjoy their holiday!

This is a seasonal position, up to 24 hours a week . The role will entail working a fair share of weekends during the season, until the end of October (every Saturday a requirement during the summer 6 weeks). The shifts will be for 8 hours a day between the hours of 8am – 7pm. We offer a competitive rate of pay plus fabulous staff b perks!

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (required)
• Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50 per hour
