About the role:
We are looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our EMEA sales team and be mainly accountable for Central and Southeast UK, as well as other territories if needed. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong relationships with customers and partners, leading complex sales cycles, and expanding Pentera's presence in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in quota-carrying sales roles within the cybersecurity industry.
Responsibilities:
- Generate a plan to ensure broad penetration into the key accounts within the assigned territory
- Hands-on customer-facing role. Leading demos and complex pilots
- Establish and manage new leads, creating sales opportunities and nurturing them all the way to deal closing
- Work closely with both end customers and channel partners to generate, develop and close sales opportunities for Pentera
- Skilled influencer, able to identify the right partners (re-sellers and distributors), establish relationships and provide leadership and support to all partners
- Own sales forecasting, pipeline management and upward reporting to Area Senior Director
- Deepen commercial ties with existing and new customers
Requirements:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying technology field sales experience in the cyber security industry
- Track record of achieving sales targets with strong pipeline and forecasting discipline
- Consultative sales approach and experience managing multi-stage sales cycles
- Ability to understand business and technical needs and clearly communicate value
- Experience working with channel partners and distributors
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
- Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
