PentenAmio is seeking a technically hands-on software engineering leader to spend ~70% of time coding in real-time C and related languages. You will also manage and coach a team of about eight engineers, shaping architecture, reviews, and governance across multiple projects.
You'll drive modern engineering practices (CI/CD, automated testing, secure development) and contribute to planning, estimation and technical decisions under the Head of Software.
