Typical Activities
- Working in collaboration with internal stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Logistics, Engineering, and Office Operations to support the end-to-end supply chain lifecycle, ensuring timely procurement, efficient inventory control, and effective despatch processes to meet business requirements.
- Raising and placing orders for goods and stock in a timely manner.
- Obtaining quotes and maintaining strong working relationships with suppliers.
- Supporting the onboarding of new suppliers and maintaining the Preferred Supplier List and certification tracker.
- Conducting supplier due diligence and tracking compliance.
- Liaising with the Finance team to resolve invoice queries and ensure accurate cost allocations.
- Supporting the Office Manager in managing office consumables and supplies.
- Building strong relationships across the business to support smooth operational delivery.
- Managing inbound deliveries and goods receipting.
- Acting as central contact for all deliveries into the business.
- Logging and receipting goods via Jira and Sage.
- Maintaining an accurate record of all goods received for audit purposes.
- Receiving customer returns and logging serial numbers accurately.
- Supporting the despatch of production orders and RMAs.
- Creating delivery paperwork and arranging courier collections.
- Organising outbound shipments across departments.
- Coordinating collection of off-the-shelf returns from across the business.
What we\βre looking for
- Demonstrated experience working in a procurement or supply chain function.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to build effective relationships across internal teams and external suppliers.
- Numerate and IT literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Word and strong Excel skills.
- Familiarity with procurement and finance systems such as Sage and Jira.
- Attention to detail with a proactive and solution-focused mindset.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes or tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage shifting priorities.
- Experience in a fast-paced or highly regulated environment.
- Understanding of supply chain compliance or procurement audit processes.
- Knowledge of logistics or courier systems and scheduling tools.
- An interest in working within a technology-driven business.

- Hold or be able to obtain a SC (Security Check) clearance or equivalent.
