Programme Delivery Graduate role at PentenAmio UK.

Typical Activities Include
- Rotating across key business areas including Project Management, Managed Services, Cyber & Information Security, and Production.
- Supporting process improvement by designing and implementing enhancements to current workflows.
- Assisting with project planning, proposal writing, and reporting activities across bids, R&D, and customer engagements.
- Contributing to the creation and maintenance of operational documentation such as SOPs and Assembly Work Instructions.
- Assisting in the production of monthly operational and quality reports (e.g. Yield, FTPR, Cost of Quality).
- Gaining experience across the product lifecycle – from design through to manufacturing and live service.
- Participating in stand-up meetings and working cross-functionally to resolve issues and drive improvements.
- Taking part in STEM outreach and early careers initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- A minimum 2:1 degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Management.
- Awareness of incident response, vulnerability management, and intrusion detection systems (NIDS/HIDS).
- Familiarity with operating systems, networking concepts, virtualisation, and ITIL frameworks.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall).
- Exposure to Continuous Improvement and structured problem-solving techniques.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to analyse and present data clearly.
- Comfortable working independently or within a multi-disciplinary team.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for this position you must:
- Be on track to graduate by Summer 2026 with a 2:1 or above in a relevant degree.
- Be a British citizen, and;
- Hold or be eligible for UK National Security Vetting (NSV) – SC clearance.
