Oxford Assembly is prayerfully seeking a full‑time Lead Pastor to provide Christ‑centered preaching, spiritual leadership, and pastoral oversight to our growing congregation of 100+ attendees. We are a vibrant church affiliated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC), committed to biblical teaching, authentic community, and meaningful engagement within our town and surrounding area.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strong, biblically grounded preaching and teaching
- Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care
- Disciple and mentor emerging leaders
- Equip and mobilize the congregation for ministry
- Guide and strengthen community outreach and engagement
Qualifications
- A degree in theology or pastoral ministry (preferred)
- Alignment with PAOC doctrine and values (required)
- Previous pastoral experience, particularly in church leadership (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, shepherd, and inspire a growing congregation
Compensation
- Base salary of $60,000 – $85,000, depending on experience
