Oxford Assembly is prayerfully seeking a full‑time Lead Pastor to provide Christ‑centered preaching, spiritual leadership, and pastoral oversight to our growing congregation of 100+ attendees. We are a vibrant church affiliated with the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC), committed to biblical teaching, authentic community, and meaningful engagement within our town and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver strong, biblically grounded preaching and teaching
  • Provide spiritual leadership and pastoral care
  • Disciple and mentor emerging leaders
  • Equip and mobilize the congregation for ministry
  • Guide and strengthen community outreach and engagement

Qualifications

  • A degree in theology or pastoral ministry (preferred)
  • Alignment with PAOC doctrine and values (required)
  • Previous pastoral experience, particularly in church leadership (strongly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, shepherd, and inspire a growing congregation

Compensation

  • Base salary of $60,000 – $85,000, depending on experience
