We are supporting the search for an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of day-to-day operational delivery within a fast-scaling digital gaming business operating in regulated markets. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on ensuring smooth execution across product operations, supplier coordination, performance monitoring, and cross-functional delivery. You will act as a central point between commercial, product, marketing, and technical teams to ensure operational stability and strong player experience outcomes.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Lead and coordinate daily operational activity across digital gaming products, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution and platform reliability.
- Oversee game and product releases, ensuring correct configuration, compliance alignment, and operational readiness.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and partners, ensuring service levels, delivery timelines, and operational standards are met.
- Monitor performance metrics across products, identifying issues, trends, and opportunities for optimisation.
- Support incident and issue management, ensuring fast resolution and clear internal communication during live operational events.
- Work closely with product and technical teams to ensure improvements are properly prioritised and delivered.
- Maintain oversight of operational risks, including system issues, player-impacting incidents, and supplier dependencies.
- Contribute to reporting for senior leadership, highlighting performance, risks, and key operational insights.
- Support continuous improvement of internal processes, workflows, and operational frameworks.
What we’re looking for:
