As Games Manager, the successful candidate will lead the development, delivery and continuous improvement of competitions, making them engaging, enjoyable, fair and commercially successful. The role works across Product, Marketing, Compliance, Customer Experience and Technology, shaping innovative competition experiences that put customers at the heart of every decision. It also involves line managing the Games Developer(s), driving the team forward as the company grows.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering competition and games strategy
  • Designing and launching new competition formats, mechanics and promotional campaigns
  • Managing the full competition lifecycle from concept through to completion
  • Monitoring performance, participation trends and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Ensuring all competitions comply with UK legislation, ASA guidance, the CAP Code and company policies
  • Maintaining accurate competition rules, terms and conditions and operational processes
  • Producing regular reports on key performance indicators and business insights
  • Leading and developing the Games Developer(s) within the team
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure competitions are delivered smoothly and on time

Requirements

  • Experience in a Games Manager, Product Manager, Gaming Operations or similar role
  • Strong understanding of online competitions, gaming or digital entertainment sectors
  • Excellent analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in reporting tools and performance analytics
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience in regulated gaming, gambling or competition industries
