Job Description

Product Manager – Payments & Wallets (iGaming)

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and evolve payments and wallet products within a fast-paced iGaming environment. This role focuses on delivering seamless, compliant, and high-performing payment experiences across regulated and grey markets.

Responsibilities

  • Own the payments & wallet roadmap, backlog, and priorities
  • Lead delivery of deposit, withdrawal, wallet, and payment method features
  • Work closely with PaymentIQ, PSPs, banks, and third-party providers
  • Translate regulatory, commercial, and operational needs into clear product requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, and operations teams
  • Optimise payment flows for conversion, speed, cost, and reliability
  • Track and improve KPIs such as success rates, processing times, and failure rates

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner in iGaming payments
  • Hands-on experience with PaymentIQ (essential)
  • Strong understanding of wallets, cashier flows, and payment integrations
  • Experience operating across regulated and grey markets (essential)
  • Comfortable working in Agile environments
  • Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills
  • Quarterly travel required
