About the Company

My client develops high-quality digital platforms, applications, and backend systems within the global betting, gaming, and lottery sectors.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Oversee development of SDKs, APIs, and services within a regulated environment
  • Collaborate closely with Product, QA, and delivery teams to execute the roadmap
  • Drive accurate estimations, planning, and prioritisation of work
  • Coach and mentor engineers
  • Monitor delivery metrics and optimise processes and efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory standards
  • Support hiring, performance management, and career development
