Scope of Services
- Provide day-to-day accounting and financial administration services for multiple legal entities
- Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure transactions are recorded correctly and on time
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and the preparation of financial reports
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other relevant authorities as required
- Prepare, review, and execute bank and cryptocurrency payments in accordance with agreed procedures and approval processes
- Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely processing of financial transactions across entities
- Perform and review reconciliations, including bank accounts, balances, and other financial records
- Deliver financial reporting, analysis, and ad hoc outputs as agreed with the Finance Manager
- Identify and propose improvements to accounting and financial processes across multiple entities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field - or similar qualification
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, or controlling
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and month-end/year-end closing processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP/accounting systems
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently, organise and prioritise tasks while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with professionalism
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Solid understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards)
- Solid understanding of relevant tax laws and regulations, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other applicable taxes
- Experience working across multiple entities or in a multi-country environment is an advantage
