Our client is a leading UK based I‑Gaming operator operating in key markets including the UK, Canada, Spain, Brazil, and Mexico. They are a dynamic, fast‑growing well‑known brand looking for a Director of social media to lead their global social media function across both paid and organic social.

This is a senior, hands‑on leadership role responsible for defining and executing a holistic social media strategy, driving measurable revenue impact, and ensuring strong integration across performance marketing, brand, and creative functions. The role will address current structural and strategic gaps by introducing clear leadership, improving cross‑channel alignment, and elevating the overall effectiveness of social media as a brand and growth driver.

You will oversee both Paid and Organic Social teams, with a particular focus on performance‑led paid social, while ensuring a cohesive full‑funnel approach across all social activity.

  • Define and own the global social media strategy and roadmap across Paid and Organic Social
  • Drive full‑funnel integration across acquisition, branding, and retention from a strategic, messaging and creative POV.
  • Establish best‑in‑class creative and messaging frameworks, including a robust, global full funnel creative strategy and structured A/B testing creative and messaging framework – across both paid and organic social
  • Identify growth opportunities across existing and emerging social platforms
