We are looking for someone to lead on everything experience for a B2B solutions provider. This role reports directly to the Director of Product and will take ownership of the full user experience across the company’s back-office platform—a core operational tool used by casino operators, not customer-facing websites.

Lead a growing UX team which will scale and shape our UX strategy with a practical, data-driven mindset. This role focuses on experience architecture, user journey mapping, and usability—not hands-on design, but strategic leadership. We need someone who understands that great UX starts before UI, and can scale a team while improving the end-to-end user experience.
