My client, a licensed UK gambling operator, is looking for a sharp, proactive, and knowledgeable Compliance Officer to join a growing team.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring regulatory compliance, including UKGC Licence Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP), AML/CTF rules, and GDPR.
  • Help maintain and update policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to regulatory submissions and assist with communications to the UKGC.
  • Provide compliance support and guidance across teams, including product and customer service.
  • Stay informed of regulatory updates and make recommendations as to potential improvements.

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a compliance role within the UK gambling industry.
  • Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and the ability to work independently.
  • ICA, CAMS, or other relevant qualifications are a strong advantage.
