Pentasia are supporting a large iGaming business launching an exciting new games studio.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain game delivery plans.
  • Schedule and facilitate project gates.
  • Coordinate and run design reviews.
  • Track and report project costs and progress, identifying and escalating potential schedule or budget risks early to enable corrective action.
  • Secure required external approvals, including Compliance and Legal sign-off.
  • Ensure game teams adhere to established game delivery processes.
  • Communicate project status and progress updates to roadmap stakeholders.
  • Deliver game packages to the Release Team in line with agreed timelines.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project and Monday.com.

Desirable Experience:

  • Project management experience within the gaming industry.
  • Formal project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2).
