The Role
This is a varied commercial role, combining new business development with the management and growth of existing partnerships.
You'll be responsible for identifying new revenue opportunities, building long-term client relationships and managing a portfolio of partners to maximise performance.
Working closely with senior stakeholders, you'll have the autonomy to develop your own pipeline while delivering an outstanding experience for both new and existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and win new business opportunities across the target market.
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and referral partners.
- Develop and grow relationships with an existing portfolio of affiliate partners.
- Maximise revenue opportunities through proactive account management.
- Deliver tailored presentations and commercial proposals to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through to onboarding.
- Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities for further growth.
- Represent the business at industry events, networking opportunities and client meetings.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular pipeline updates.
About You
We're looking for an energetic and commercially minded sales professional who enjoys developing relationships and opening new doors.
You'll ideally have
- A minimum of
3 years' experience in a Business Development, Partnerships or Sales role.
- A proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- A consultative, relationship-led sales approach.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- A proactive, self-motivated mindset with a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Experience within financial services, foreign exchange, international payments, fintech or a similar B2B environment would be highly advantageous.
