Pentagon Technical Services is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our internal recruitment function. This role is ideal for candidates who have some experience or understanding of recruitment processes and are looking to grow their skills in a structured, fast-paced, and supportive environment.
While this position is suited to a junior-level professional, we are also open to more experienced individuals who are comfortable working across candidate sourcing, coordination, and stakeholder engagement. You’ll be working closely with the Talent team and senior leadership to manage job postings, candidate pipelines, and interview coordination. Training and support will be provided, but a baseline understanding of recruitment workflows is essential.
Key Responsibilities- Job Posting & Sourcing
- Post job ads across platforms such as LinkedIn, CV Library, and Indeed
- Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and our internal database (Monday)
- Track and manage referred candidates (internal referrals, client networks)
- Application Management
- Review applications and screening responses from job boards
- Conduct initial candidate screening by phone or email
- Guide candidates through early application stages
- Maintain candidate records in Monday (Talent Pool and Pipeline boards)
- Candidate Pipeline Management
- Advance or reject candidates in line with role requirements
- Communicate with candidates at each stage (rejections, updates, follow-ups) using standard templates
- Tag and categorize candidate statuses accurately for tracking
- Interview Coordination
- Schedule internal interviews with our Senior Leadership Team
- Coordinate interview availability with both internal and client-side stakeholders
- Communicate interview feedback to candidates
- CV & Presentation
- Format candidate CVs using company templates
- Present finalized CVs to clients in a professional, branded format
- Client Liaison (Standard Roles)
- Share candidate shortlists with clients
- Communicate feedback from clients to candidates
- Monitor post-interview processes and outcomes
- Some prior experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, HR admin, or agency resourcing
- Understanding of candidate screening, sourcing, or interview processes
- Confident communicator (written and verbal) via phone and email
- Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, or CRM/ATS systems (Monday is a plus)
- Highly organized, with strong attention to detail
- Positive, can-do attitude and ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively across teams
