We are seeking a Procurement Analyst for Power Infrastructure in Europe to join our expanding team. The Construction Procurement team leads the procurement of Professional Services, General Construction, and Power Infrastructure contracts across the portfolio within Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA).
As a Procurement Analyst for Power Infrastructure, you will be part of a team that manages procurement of substation build and Power Infrastructure projects across EMEA, reporting to the Director of Procurement β Power Infrastructure. In this role, you will assist the SPM with collating and running PQQs and RFPs, working with contractors and the Procurement team to ensure specifications are adhered to in accordance with company processes.
You will support contract monitoring and management, prepare status and tracking reports, and assist the Procurement Managers and Director in their daily activities. Regular collaboration and coordination are required with supply chain partners and internal teams such as Construction, Engineering, and New Site Development teams. Travel may be necessary to attend post-tender interviews and assist with onboarding new vendors.
