We are seeking an experienced CSA Engineer to support a fast-paced commercial fit-out project in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage CSA activities on-site for commercial fit-out works
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
- Monitor progress against programme and report on milestones
- Ensure works are delivered to required quality and safety standards
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Support inspections, snagging, and handover processes
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CSA Engineer within commercial fit-out environments
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, QA/QC, and HSE standards
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
