We are seeking an experienced CSA Engineer to support a fast‑paced commercial fit‑out project in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) works, ensuring quality, safety, and programme compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage CSA activities on‑site for commercial fit‑out works
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submittals
- Monitor progress against programme and report on milestones
- Ensure works are delivered to required quality and safety standards
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants, and project stakeholders
- Support inspections, snagging, and handover processes
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CSA Engineer within commercial fit‑out environments
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, QA/QC, and HSE standards
