About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Social Media & Marketing Manager to own and lead our global social media and content strategy. This is a senior, hands-on role combining strategic ownership with high-quality execution, ideal for someone who can translate commercial goals into clear, effective content and campaigns. You will be responsible for setting direction, prioritising channels, driving performance, and ensuring brand consistency across international markets. The role works closely with product, sales, and leadership, and plays a key part in supporting growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Leadership
  • Own the global social media and content strategy, including channel prioritisation and performance goals
  • Translate business and commercial objectives into clear content and campaign plans
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on content focus, channel investment, and trade-offs
  • Lead monthly and quarterly planning cycles aligned to business priorities
  • Social Media & Content
    • Manage and optimise social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
    • Oversee content calendars, messaging, tone of voice, and visual consistency
    • Ensure content supports brand positioning, audience growth, and engagement goals
    • Drive video-led and social-first storytelling across short- and long-form formats
  • Campaigns & Commercial Impact
    • Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal promotions
    • Support sales and product teams with content that drives awareness, consideration, and conversion
    • Track performance metrics and continuously optimise based on data and insights
  • Collaboration & Delivery
    • Work closely with design, product, web, and operations teams to deliver campaigns end-to-end
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, to standard, and within agreed scope
    • Establish clear workflows, processes, and governance to support scale and consistency

    What We’re Looking For

    • Essential
    • Proven experience in a Senior Social Media, Content, or Marketing Manager role
    • Strong ownership of social media strategy and performance (not just execution)
    • Experience managing global or multi-market audiences
    • Ability to link content and social activity to commercial and business outcomes
    • Confident working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders
    • Excellent written English and strong communication skills
  • Highly Desirable
    • Strong background in video-led or multimedia content
    • Experience supporting product launches or growth-focused campaigns
    • Comfort using data and analytics to inform decisions
    • Experience building processes and scalable marketing systems
    • Knowledge of the American market strategy would be desirable
    • Spanish/French language skills would be very desirable due to the markets we are moving into
