What will you be doing?
The Fleet Account Executive is responsible for providing internal support to the business development managers, directly managing customer accounts, and handling enquiries from start to finish on Leaselink. You will manage a portfolio of core accounts, oversee Leaselink operations, and maintain those relationships with the lease companies. This role involves understanding internal processes, coordinating with various departments, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
You will:
- Provide back-end support to Business Development Managers with the sales of cars and LCVs.
- Manage key accounts, ensuring stock lists are sent and quotes and enquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
- Consistently meet Lease Co SLA’s and other customer-agreed KPI’s.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Assist with quotes and pricing manually or on Leaselink.
- Monitor and manage internal processes related to fleet accounts.
- Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and overall company growth.
- Populate internal and external smartsheets with updates and data.
- Deal efficiently with customer requests and queries to ensure total customer satisfaction, within agreed SLA’s in terms of timescale.
- Prepare reports on account activities and performance.
- Assisting managing vehicle sales debt related to own account ensuring customers pay within payment terms
- Ensure vehicle delivery packs (invoices, RAVS and PODs) to relevant systems for payment
- Attend teams or face to face meetings with internal and external stakeholders where necessary
