Pentagon CUPRA, Chilwell is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. Previous motor trade experience is an advantage but not essential — full training and development will be provided from day one.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Welcoming customers and guiding them through the full vehicle buying journey
- Building strong relationships and understanding customer needs
- Achieving sales targets and maximising every opportunity
- Promoting finance, service plans, warranties, and additional products
- Following up with new and existing customers
- Delivering an outstanding showroom experience at every stage
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in retail, sales, or a target-driven environment
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A motivated, positive, and driven attitude
- Confidence using IT systems including Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence

This position is working 5 days a week as per the sales rota with rotated weekends.
You will need to have:
- Experience working in a target-driven retail sales background.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills.
- Strong and effective communication skills.
- Brilliant rapport building skills.
- Motivation and drive.
- The ability to deliver a first class Customer buying experience and maximise every profit opportunity.
- An enthusiasm and passion for exceeding targets.
- Knowledge of IT Systems including Microsoft Office
- A full, UK driving licence.
The successful applicant must agree to a Basic Disclosure under the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) procedures. Employment will be offered to the successful applicant subject to a satisfactory Disclosure report.
