Pentagon CUPRA, Chilwell is looking for a confident and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our growing team. Previous motor trade experience is an advantage but not essential — full training and development will be provided from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Welcoming customers and guiding them through the full vehicle buying journey
  • Building strong relationships and understanding customer needs
  • Achieving sales targets and maximising every opportunity
  • Promoting finance, service plans, warranties, and additional products
  • Following up with new and existing customers
  • Delivering an outstanding showroom experience at every stage

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in retail, sales, or a target-driven environment
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A motivated, positive, and driven attitude
  • Confidence using IT systems including Microsoft Office
  • Full UK driving licence
