As we continue to grow and strengthen our operations, we are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Divisional Head of Parts to lead our parts function across multiple locations and drive performance, profitability, and service excellence throughout the division.
Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing the divisional parts strategy while leading high-performing teams across multiple businesses.
You will play a critical role in ensuring parts availability, optimising inventory investment, strengthening supplier partnerships, and supporting vehicle uptime for our customers. Working closely with operational and commercial leaders, you will drive continuous improvement and deliver sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive divisional revenue, profitability, inventory performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead supplier negotiations and deliver value through effective procurement strategies.
- Optimise inventory management, stock availability, and working capital investment.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and commercial performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, suppliers, and strategic partners.
- Lead and inspire divisional parts teams across multiple locations.
- Develop talent, succession plans, and leadership capability across the parts function.
- Develop and implement the divisional parts strategy aligned with business objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Significant senior leadership experience within automotive parts, aftermarket, fleet, or automotive parts procurement operations.
- Proven success managing multi-site parts operations.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience delivering revenue and profit growth.
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management, procurement, and supply chain optimisation.
- Experience building strategic supplier and OEM relationships.
- Strong people leadership skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
