Pentagon Motor Group are on the lookout for an enthusiastic, highly motivated individual to join our great Bodyshop team at our Sheffield dealership as a Bodyshop Consultant.

    What Will You Be Doing?

    Duties will include:

  • Dealing with customers both face-to-face & over the telephone
  • Liaising with Insurance Companies & other suppliers.
  • Operating the Bodyshop computer system.
  • Processing invoices, customer insurance documents & job cards.
  • Handling customer payments.
  • Working to a high level of accuracy
  • Participating in measurement and feedback processes
  • Working closely with other members of the Bodyshop team
  • The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 08.30am – 17.30pm

    Who Are We Looking for?

    The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working in a face to face Customer Service role.
  • Excellent Customer Service and administration skills.
  • A friendly and helpful attitude.
  • Strong communication skills, particularly telephone skills.
  • An ability to perform well under pressure and time constraints whilst demonstrating great organisational skills.
  • Good IT skills
  • The ability to work to a very high level of accuracy, especially in relation to recording vehicle histories and data.
  • A positive can do attitude along with a team player mentality.
  • Great organisation skills
  • A manual UK driving licence
